Abstract

Composites have high specific strength , stiffness , fatigue resistance , good damping characteristics, has developed into one of the metal materials, inorganic non-metallic materials , polymer materials side-by-side four material system . Advanced composite materials can effectively reduce the the spacecraft structural quality , increased payload , today 's aerospace research priorities and direction of development of new materials . The object of study is a composite support structure , the joint use of carbon fiber braided composite rod wound graphite fiber composite material . First , in accordance with the form of the composite support structure finite element model , static analysis of the structure , and consider rod winding angle connector weaving parameters and structure of the overall height of the structural stress, deformation , etc. ; Secondly, since the composite bracket the structure of the particularity of the work environment , given its modal analysis , the natural frequencies and mode shapes . Detailed analysis of the rod winding angle connector braided parameters and structure of the overall height of the natural frequency of the structure . To avoid resonance and other damage , harmonic response analysis of structure found in the structure of the first natural frequency near the resonance coincides with the modal analysis results . Then consider the statics analysis with similar content , a detailed analysis of the structure of some of the nodes of the displacement, velocity and acceleration with the lever member winding angle , the height of the structure and a constant damping ratio changes . Harmonic response analysis describes the amplitude-frequency response of the composite support structure , modal analysis provides a basis to avoid system resonance . The results of this analysis provide important reference for the future design of the composite support structure .
