Abstract


With the increasing of the old people, the prevalence of hypertension was increased obviously, its servere syndrome-cardiovascular disease has become a main deadly factor, doing harm to health and affecting life quality. At present, there is not a good method to cure hypertension completely, we control the disease in a good limitation by taking medicine and patients’self health care.The western medicine was applied more than the Chinese tradditional medicine to cure the hypertension at clinic, but the western medicine has an poisonous effect and side effect on the body. So it is very important for pepole’health and improving Chinese traditional medicine’s development to study effective traditional medicine .Zhongyao Jiangya capsule consists of rhynchophylla, Pueraria Lobata and Scutellaria baicalensis georgi. The research of Zhongyao Jiangya capsule consists of four parts. Firstly, the reseach investigates the primary pharmacology and the clinical practice of each medicinal material in this compound. Secondly, according as the physical-chemistry character of the medicinal material, the research also optimizes the best extraction and purification technology of the total alkaloids from rhynchophylla, the total flavonoids from Pueraria Lobata and Scutellaria baicalensis georgi by orthogonal experiment. In order to optimize the molding technics, the proportion of ointment to assistant material, the quantity of ethanol and the xeransis time is studied. The best praeparatum technics is determined. Thirdly, in order to effectively control the quality of this new medicine in process of production and ensure the well clinic application, medicinal material in this compound are done qualitative investigation and the research also studies the Quality standard of the medicinal material, assistant material and patent medicine. Lastly, the elementary stabilization of Zhongyao Jiangya capsule is also studied in order to provide a well- rational, well-stable and well-safely controlled technics. Through above-mentioned experiments, it is sure that this traditional Chinese medicine is suited to the larger scale productin for treating tetter in clinic.
