Abstract


In this paper, a phased optimization planning method : First not consider geographic information to determine the the substation initial planning program , the establishment of the annual distribution network planning objectives Substation Locating and Sizing to optimize mathematical model obtained theoretically best meet the planning objectives planning programs; surrounding geographical conditions and detailed account of the primaries substation site , using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the geographic fitness station site , combined with economic fitness goals , a comprehensive assessment of the various combinations fitness , and ultimately get more reasonable substation optimization program . Detailed examples and results analysis show that the proposed method improves the substation planning scientific and practical results can better meet the planning requirements .
