Abstract


This thesis analyses the factors affecting safety navigation in seaway environment, and establishes the quantitative evaluation level of danger degree based on the related conclusions and results of ship operating. It sets the membership function of danger degree on the basis of the quantitative evaluation level for every evaluation factor assessment and a model for its assessment by fuzzy comprehensive assessment which has been applied to evaluate danger degree of every channel, and further assess danger degree of the whole channel environment, and analyses evaluate the danger degree of the factors assessing channel safety steering in ZhouShan water, which has practical value for confirming the danger level of the channel and every evaluation factor and providing scientific basis of decision for improving the channel environment in the water area of ZhouShan waters.
