Abstract
|
Waterway traffic through capacity study is to support the port construction decision - making and operational management an important issue . Direct impact on the size of the port channel traffic through capacity through the ability to play the entire port . So make sure waterway traffic through capacity analysis methods, is of great significance to improve the navigation project investment returns, give full play to ensure stevedoring efficiency . But the the port ship sailing operating system a random factors more complex dynamic contact random service system, leading to the calculation waterway traffic through capacity- there are great difficulties . Y-shaped channel as a basic channel in many port channel and waterways have been adopted through the ability of the Y-shaped waterway , especially through capacity of the intersection , the rational use of the Y-shaped channel, to ensure the safety of the ship , efficiency by , has a certain practical significance . In this paper , on the basis of the results of previous studies , the main factors that affect the waterway through capacity analysis, the Y-shaped waterway vessel traffic flow profile , drawing ring road intersection on the road through the capacity calculation methods , the introduction of weaving section by the notion of competence and gap acceptance theory , the waterway related concepts defined , and apply them to the waterway , the the waterway intersection of theory on the basis of established the path capability theoretical model of the weaving section , thereby establishing the problem may exist in the model, and the model was analyzed. The result of this paper is to read a lot of literature on the basis , based on the use of roads , vehicles and waterways , ship some associated molding waterway through the ability to study the scientific and rational , also has a certain the practical value of the shipping ports management and navigation safety management of the maritime sector has a certain significance .
