Abstract


Practitioner before training of skilled workers due to the high demand of the enterprise has the practical ability of skilled workers in the Chinese furniture industry, and put on the agenda. Shenzhen Furniture Trade Association, the spirit of the industry to provide quality and timely services created in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, Longnan County Investment Education of Chinese furniture. There is no education for the furniture industry, skilled workers, mature course system in the process of access to relevant information down to work. Theoretical basis subject to the psychology of vocational education, vocational education, sociology, philosophy of vocational education, educational curriculum development study of the Chinese furniture industry skilled workers, furniture workers of the Institute of Industrial Science and Technology Education positioning for practitioners training, attributable to its nature vocational education, is a branch of the vocational education system. The topics to be addressed in the predecessors of the basis for the development of vocational education programs, the furniture industry positioning and practitioners before training skilled workers education curriculum development to study proposed a complete curriculum model to provide a reference for the teaching of the Institute of Education of the Chinese furniture industry. This paper analyzes the furniture industry workers' occupational ability, professional competence-oriented curriculum goals and professional settings planning, thus the screening and organization of the curriculum content, the preparation of the syllabus, curriculum evaluation, curriculum implementation of environmental development, to complete the construction of curriculum system, then subject (teachers and students), and down to the implementation of the curriculum the teaching expounded, and finally discuss the development trend of the Chinese furniture industry education of skilled workers envisaged. This paper uses literature Act to commence the study and research on advanced vocational education mode (CBE mode, dual system, TAFE mode), combined with the the furniture industry status quo, to learn from its feasible theory, educational curriculum development of the application with the furniture industry skilled workers study, on this basis, the recommendations of the curriculum development of the furniture industry. This article advocating the furniture industry workers' education programs to develop employment-oriented teaching methods work scenarios built first professional ability to analyze further the professional curriculum planning and training base construction. Curriculum and professional positions corresponding hook and training base scenario building so that students learn to better in the short term in order to achieve the employment needs of the enterprise. The theoretical concept of the future of the students of the Institute of Education of the Chinese furniture industry output to enterprise can be tested directly, and constant feedback perfected in practice. Building as curriculum development concept, based on the positioning of teaching pre-service training practitioners, advocating the concept of lifelong learning to the working situation. The students in the school a few months time, not only to master a technology acquisition learning method, has a sense of self-improvement, and students as an evolving individuals to promote the common development of the individual and society.
