Abstract

At present, the project of "to solve millions of peasants of the safety drinking water "is being carried out by City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.lt is an infrastruction which aims to solve the problem of drinking water in rural areas and raise the popularizing rate of rural tap water as well as improve the standard of drinking water safety.With the development of the industrialization and urbanization,the city dwellers,industry and service trades,whose demand for the water supply is increasing by a large scale. Water supply not only limit the economic development,but concerns of public hygiene safetyin rural areas and social stability.This paper analyzes the character of water supply and present problems in Nanning through detailed survey and assessment. It regards water supply as natural monopolization, zone monopolization, necessity, safety, fimdamentality and aid-the-poor, which attaches great importance to development of urban and countryside in step. Rural areas of Nanning are poor in water supply installation. Most of people are threatened by unsafe drinking water.Water supply is of many characters like large side and amount, diferent kinds of forms and uneasy management.This text slices a body position to set out from the farmer, discussing the farmer safety of suburb in Nanning Tanluo to use aqueous present condition. Set out each stage of waterhead, water treatment, transmission and retain water, use water etc, studying the farmer safety water existence problem and resolve of the methods; investigate on the spot and investigate in person various outlets set out, studying under the current economic social level exists of use a humidity layer, use water margin and crisis; join the government aspects, such as mansion, policy and society concern... etc, research ground the farmer of the area exists in the aspects of using water safely of use water antinomy, use water form and direction.At accurate control suburb area farmer in the city safety to use water present condition and influence a factor premise to descend, discussing how to build up the safety using water mode.The following is mainly dealing with the problems excisting in rural drinking water: tap water popularizing rate is high but low in really qualified drinking water; Garbage and sewage pollution of groundwater is Serious; Seasonal water shortage problems in some areas; rural environmental protection laws and regulations not perfect, environmental protection regulation is weak in strength.Thegovernment must change the belief and regulate function as soon as possible.Thegovement should supervise the market well, provide necessary services,add the pulbic financial input, Speed up the adjustment of agricultural structure;The government also must quicken the step of legislation, revise the hygiene standards about rural drinking water,popularize the consumer participatory methods,strengthen the protection of water source and govern of water pollution.
