Objective : To investigate the treatment of locally advanced 3D-CRT clinical efficacy of abdominal tumors , radiation therapy for abdominal tumors analyze the impact and related factors discussed . Methods: 38 cases of abdominal tumors in patients with advanced , three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy techniques for treatment, a single dose of 300-400cGy, a total of 10-12 times daily exposure once or every other day, five times a week or three times a week , with a total dose of 30-48Gy, after the end of radiotherapy -related evaluation . Results: The total effective term efficacy (CR PR SD) was 63.2% ; term effect 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, survival rates were 63.2% , 39.5% and 34.2% , mortality rates were 21% , 23.7% and 5.3% , with a median survival of four months ; can effectively evaluate CBR was 28.9 %, stable 42.1% , pain relief was 29% ; radiotherapy to bone marrow suppression reaction performed significantly decreased hemoglobin , gastrointestinal reactions was 26.3 % ; acute response to hepatobiliary biochemical obvious impact on the rest of 0 were more than 70% ; follow-up mortality rate was 65.8% , of which 62.5% distant metastasis ; multivariate retrospective analysis of a total dose of radiotherapy , tumor size was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); CEA, CA-199 change and conformal treatment statistically different . (P lt; 0.05) Conclusion: 1 , three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy to control tumor progression can be relatively improve survival , delay death and improve quality of life, reduce patient pain , relieve tumor invasion acceleration. 2 , toxicity, response to light . 3 , total dose , tumor size is affecting abdominal tumors 3D-CRT efficacy factor. 4, CEA, CA-199 was to evaluate the efficacy of 3D-CRT abdominal tumor prognosis and treatment targets.
