Objective comparison analysis of pulmonary echinococcosis sac puncture enucleation inner capsule complete removal surgery clinical data to evaluate the clinical efficacy . Methods A retrospective analysis of 210 cases of patients with excision of the internal capsule puncture rupture from June 1965 to December 2004 in our hospital before surgery infection sac complete enucleation in patients with clinical manifestations of 141 cases , operation time, intraoperative days , postoperative drainage time , after the first day of drainage , postoperative complications , and recurrence rates after hospitalization , and the data were statistically analyzed . Compared to the results of the internal capsule puncture excision group and the internal capsule complete enucleation group consuming surgery postoperative hospital days , postoperative drainage time , after the first day of drainage , postoperative complications between the difference was not statistically significance (P> 0.05), the two groups of patients after a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 20 years of follow - up , 20 cases of recurrence the internal capsule puncture excision group , internal capsule complete enucleation group relapsed four cases , the recurrence rate of the two groups there was a significant differences (P <0.05). Sac complete excision Conclusions a surgical lung echinococcosis best , although surgical technical conditions require surgical time-consuming than the internal capsule puncture enucleation slightly longer , but to grasp properly managed to achieve a good effect , can reduce intraoperative after relapse rate ; different advantages and disadvantages of both surgical and clinical applications should select the appropriate surgical cyst characteristics and surgeon operating level .
