Abstract

To determine the appropriate motor evoked potential ( MEP ) Intraoperative monitoring of muscle relaxant concentration range in order to improve the care reliability and safety of the operation . Methods surgery successful implementation of MEP monitoring 39 patients following indicators: (1) muscle relaxants ( vecuronium ) pumped concentration ; ( 2) to stimulate whether the body twitching ; (3 ) the presence or absence of blood pressure, heart rate fluctuations spontaneous breathing or spontaneous activity . Application X2 line test multiple samples to compare rates . Results The of vecuronium concentration distribution range :29 - 64ug / ( ? H kg ) , average ( 44.89 ± 9.16 ) UG / ( kg ? H ) . Below 40ug / ( ? H kg ) group and the 40 - 50ug / ( kg ? H ) group , 50ug / ( ? H kg ) or more between the two groups were statistically significant differences ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion The anesthesia program , vecuronium concentration of 40 ug / ( ? H kg ) following surgery . The vecuronium pumped into the concentration recommended in 40-64 ug / ( kg ? H ) implemented within the individual dose , more conducive to to improve intraoperative monitoring and ensuring the safety of surgery .
