Abstract


The blue trade barriers on the export of textiles , footwear , automotive spare parts industry in China caused a substantial impact and further accelerate the process of global trade liberalization , trade protection means ever-changing process the the blue trade barriers by virtue of its hidden strong , affecting a wide range of features will become the must face the problem of China 's export trade in various industries . The steel industry as a pillar industry of the national economy , traditionally focus on the protection of the Governments and trade friction frequent area . In recent years, China's steel industry has experienced a spurt of development , the achievements of the status of the world 's largest producer of crude steel , China's iron and steel products in the international market has a considerable share of experienced the blue trade barriers is an inevitable trend . In this paper, the negative effects of the blue trade barriers to China's steel industry conducted focus discussion on the problems of China's iron and steel industry , research deal with the blue trade barriers strategies , trying to provide for the sustained and healthy development of China's iron and steel industry and the iron and steel power across theoretical basis . The main innovation of this article is to choose an empirical analysis of the steel industry . Scholars Blue abundance of trade barriers should be concentrated in the textile , footwear and other technical content is relatively low , labor-intensive industries , this paper focus on the steel industry as a pillar of the national economy to explore specific analysis of blue trade barriers on the negative impact of China's iron and steel industry , and proposed strategies . Meanwhile, through the game model profoundly reveals the blue trade barriers will become the inevitable trend of development of the import and export trade , and the the SA8000 standard set of trade barriers in developed countries for trade protection essential characteristics . The conclusions of this study are : In view of the development status of China's iron and steel industry , the blue trade barriers of its negative impact can not be ignored ; absorption learn from other industries to cope with the experience of the blue barriers to trade , from government, industry associations , and enterprise levels, coping strategies ; strategies feasibility and operability has important significance for achieving the sustained and healthy development of the steel industry ; while other industries have reference.
