Abstract


As global environmental problems become increasingly serious ecological and environmental protection issues have increasingly become a major concern of the world, international law protection of the ecological environment theory came into being and have made a wide range of theories in the field of eco-environmental science and in the field of ecological environment of Law supported. This paper is divided into three chapters. Use of ecological science and International Law theory first chapter discusses the need to be protected by international law on the ecological environment. Chapter II through the analysis of the current international ecological and environmental protection legal system and legal practice, combined with the current global state of the environment analysis of existing problems, pointed out that the international law to protect the ecological environment should be improved development, which is the purpose of the writing of this paper. The third chapter deals with the international legal practice of ecological and environmental protection issues. In research methods, the paper adopted the theory with actual research methods and empirical analysis, comparative study concluded that, through the analysis and comparison of existing data and inductive arguments put forward their views, combined with the ecological environment of international law to protect the status quo. International law protection of the ecological environment, pay attention to environmental protection principles of macro-control system has been developed, all countries, including the coordination and distribution of the benefits and responsibilities of transnational interest groups on the ecological and environmental protection, ecological and environmental problems of global technology solutions system is established, the destruction of the ecological environment international responsibility prosecuted a single country alone can not be completed. Papers based on the summary of research on ecological and environmental problems information, learn from other scholars in the field of view, the use of the ecology and International Law theory restated the need to be protected by international law on the ecological environment, and on environmental disputes in international law cases empirical analysis that the the grim and international law to protect the ecological environment should be the cause of the ecological and environmental problems in the international academic community and related fields and have basically reached a consensus, the key action is how to effectively implement the basic international law, protection of ecological environment The basic principles and current system, and the times and development to improve the ecological environment protection of international law legal system, as well as the times according to local conditions to take measures to protect the ecological environment. The paper agreed with other scholars in the ecological environment of international law to protect the ecological control system point of view, advocated the implementation of the principle of liability without fault on the international environmental responsibility; think that the situation is extremely serious in the current ecological and environmental problems in the legal system of international protection of the ecological environment at the same time international forcibly law should regulate the comprehensive regulation of international environmental responsibility as strengthen the responsibility investigated the operation efforts enrich responsibility type and the method of execution, etc., perfect to destroy the environment of international punitive measures and responsibility to implement the system, and improve compliance mechanisms, to achieve the human environment rights should be regulation of the appropriate environmental obligations. In the ecological environmental planning, program management, given the current global ecological and environmental conditions, the paper argues that the management of ecological and environmental problems of the United Nations agencies to reform in order to continue to play the central role in dealing with environmental issues. Agree with this article in concrete measures to develop and apply science and technology to protect the ecological environment, especially agree with the point of view of plant resources in response to the global ecological environment; proposed should prompt the introduction of new, more stringent international environmental regulations to establish and improve the global ecological environment protection legal system, including the signing of international conventions, specifically the protection of the ecological environment of international law on the maintenance and construction of the nation's urban rural ecological environment and international law make provision accordingly, the Environmental Protection Imperative international law norms as obligations of the countries and their nationals be regulation as well as the conclusion to instruct multinational companies bear the International Convention on the corresponding environmental responsibility for its global expansion. These innovative ideas and new insights in this paper.
