Abstract


Accepting bribes national staff using his position to obtain other people's property or illegally accepting other people's property , seek benefits for others behavior . In recent years, around the issue of accepting bribes , legal circles in China launched a heated discussion , each put forward their own point of view and to be demonstrated Analysis , which makes the judiciary on the understanding and use of a lot of confusion and disagreement .
