Abstract


China, as a large agricultural country, has thousands of years of farming civilization the protection of farmers' rights and interests are always within the line of sight of the people . In our Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region , herdsmen are generalized \This article is from the civil point of view , several important issues pasture rights empirical method are discussed . The grassland protection of the rights of herders on pasture possession , use , transfer, compensation and disputes related to the problem , the author the right of ownership , use rights and contractual management of pastures the theoretical cognitive , legislative provisions to protect the status quo and existing problems were systematically discussed . Focus to be combing the ownership status of the prairie , pasture adjustment problems , circulation problems, and compensation status of the current situation are introduced , dig out the actual problems , and pasture disputes typed analysis , articles last existing pasture rights issues few suggestions . I look forward to with the protection of the rights of pasture can play the role of the improvement and protection of grassland .
