Abstract


Al-Zn-Mg-Cu - based ultra-high - strength aluminum alloy must have a high density of precipitated phases in order to maintain a high intensity , but at the same time precipitated phase chain enrichment at the grain boundaries , grain boundary cracking significantly , severely restricted the fracture toughness of the alloy and stress corrosion resistance, limiting the potential of the play . Need to seek effective regulation of the grain boundary structure and the precipitation of grain boundary phase method to solve this problem . This paper proposed regulation of step - by - step solution-treated 7150 aluminum alloy grain boundary structure and solid solution - pre-precipitation - regulation of grain boundary precipitates size and distribution of the two methods , solution treatment observed by metallographic and SEM microstructure , mechanical properties test , conductivity measurements , and corrosion ( intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion , stress corrosion ) testing and other means , study reveals a step - by - step solution treatment and solid solution - pre - precipitation - solid solution treatment and regulation of grain boundary structure and grain boundary precipitation phase , to improve the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance role . Step - by - step solution heat treatment effectively suppress recrystallization and crystal grain of the 7150 aluminum alloy to grow, and to reduce the degree of recrystallization of the alloy matrix . Compared with the conventional solid solution gradually solid solution increased the strength and fracture toughness of the of T6 state and T77 alloys , improved intergranular corrosion , exfoliation corrosion and stress corrosion . 7150 aluminum alloy after solution - pre-precipitation - again after solution treatment , a significant number of residues in the grain boundary of second phase particles , to produce induced grain boundary precipitation of the aging process , precipitated phase in the grain of the alloy after T6 aging treatment boundary roughening and discrete distribution . Compared with the conventional solid solution , solid solution - pre-precipitation - solution treatment at the the maintain the T6 state and of T77 alloys hardness and strength at the same time , improve the intergranular corrosion , exfoliation corrosion and stress corrosion .
