Abstract


The EU is China 's first major sources of technology , the EU - China technology trade played a huge role in promoting the economic development of our country . Through research , the author believes that the spillover effect of the China - EU trade includes not only technical areas , China-EU trade through competition , demonstration imitate linkages between firms and human capital flows four ways a catalytic role in the economic development of our country , our residents also include aspects of the impact of the consumption structure of the employment and income of residents of China and human capital flows and other economic areas outside ; based on the existence of the technology gap between China and the EU and our technology to digestion and absorption ability and other factors , I believe that the EU - China technology trade spillovers still huge potential ; we should expand the size of the EU - China technology trade , improve the mechanisms to provide financial support and guide enterprises to increase the digestion and absorption of imported technology and other methods to further promote China-EU technology trade spillovers play .
