With the rapid growth of China's rapid economic development and foreign trade , the development of China's port also entered a stage of rapid development , but due to the historical and social reasons , the level of development of ports in China is relatively uneven , and many port development is very scientific , and its development is only through the port hardware conditions improve , another element of port development - the development of software condition is lagging behind , so the establishment of index system to evaluate the level of service of the port has also become an important topic. In this paper, first proposed the concepts and theories of the service port , and then describes and analyzes the status quo of the world 's well-known Dagang Port of Rotterdam , Singapore Hong Kong , Hong Kong and London to Hong Kong service , summed up the successful experience of the world-renowned Dagang . On this basis , the service status of Qingdao Port and the port through the service-oriented theory and the theory of competitive index system , and subjective and objective methods combined , created by gray relational analysis based on entropy weight the service port comprehensive evaluation model , and finally through the port development trend of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method . The results of the evaluation showed that: Qingdao Port, the level of service increased year by year , type of overall service capacity has been increasing , but due to the existence of many problems in the port development process , service-oriented development of the port is not very satisfactory . Finally, this paper also derived by analyzing the the Qingdao port existing deficiencies and to learn from the development experience of international port corresponding measures for improvement . Qingdao Port construction logistics platform , the major hub port , information center and port management services to improve the content of the four aspects for national economic and social development to provide integrated services for the core functionality , is global , affecting forward-looking services, with the port radiation in the area of economic and social development to form a benign interaction between the service port .
