Abstract


Sugar is a necessity for human life and light industry raw materials , occupies a special position in the national economy of a country , the sugar industry is one of the most sensitive industries in the international trade of agricultural products , almost all countries in the world for its own sugar industry protection. The establishment of the China-ASEAN free trade zone , it is possible to get rid of a sugar high tariff barriers there has been a long time on the international market , already has a considerable degree of competitive advantage Guangxi sugar to the ASEAN market . Therefore , under the CAFTA framework Guangxi sugar Logistics Center is both a theoretical value , more realistic . This paper analyzes the CAFTA framework established in Guangxi sugar logistics base for the market and environmental conditions . Studies have shown that : Guangxi has a the sugar logistics base in the framework of the construction of CAFTA market-based , Guangxi sugar Logistics overall demand . Among them, the direct sugar logistics demand , the potential sugar logistics demand is about 800 million tons ; Guangxi have the the sugar logistics base in the framework of the construction of CAFTA environmental conditions . Guangxi building sugar logistics center will be subject to challenge from Guangdong and Yunnan , Guangxi this stage occupies a comparative advantage in sugar production costs, logistics costs and sugar technically , but the the Guangdong Zhanjiang strength should not be overlooked . Finally, the positioning of Guangxi sugar logistics base construction under the CAFTA framework and operational mechanisms planning, and made ??several recommendations to achieve the construction of of Guangxi sugar logistics infrastructure environment and enhance the international competitiveness of the Guangxi Sugar .
