The independence innovation is a new term which was put forward by our country combining international experience,lesson and the situation of our country,and that is a road sign to guide China’s economic development.I consider that innovation is the source of economic development,but in the current international situation,our country’s economic development must be "independent".This dissertation is divided into four parts.In the first part,I carry on the elucidation and distinction to the content and characteristics of the innovation and the independent innovation.Then,starting from international cases,I analysis the deep influence of lacking the independent innovation,and the problem in our country’s development,at the same time,carrying on the theoretical reflection on the deep-seated causes of theory——concept of GDP in the economics.In the second part,with the technique innovation as the logic start point,analyzing the technique innovation which has three attributes:path-dependence,technical properties and the commercial properties,arguing that the enterprise is the main body of the independent innovation.I hold that the research,produce,sell,organize and the strategy which based on the technique innovation in the enterprise,all belong to the category of the enterprise independent innovation.In the third part,I dissertate the function of the independent innovation to the economic development from the middle and macroscopic level.Firstly,discussing the influence of predominant industry to the upgrade of industrial structure in the theories level,then,analyzing the function which industry to the agriculture and the servicing business from the frame of the our country’s three greatest industries,at the same time,discussing the employment and the income distribution;at last,analyzing the inner basic industry and the new technique industry from the industry of its own.In the fourth part,introducing the present condition of independent innovation and pointing out the disadvantageous factors which block the independent innovation,and putting forward some countermeasures to promote the independent innovation on this foundation.
