Abstract


At present, more focused on enterprise performance evaluation financial aspects , indicators are more oriented meaning is not clear. In this paper, performance evaluation at home and abroad about the theory and method in-depth study based on the combination of Liaoning Qinghe Power Maintenance Company 's actual performance management , from the point of view of stakeholders , value-based , strategy-oriented constructed EVA core indicators MBO other objectives of the strategic management performance evaluation system , and the use of design evaluation model, analyze business management problems and propose appropriate solutions to large state-owned enterprises of our country as well as for general corporate subsidiaries of the Group performance Evaluation , the theory and practice of improving the system provide a useful reference .
