Abstract


In aircraft , spacecraft and automotive fields , reduce weight , save material is the long-sought goal , but also one of the modern trend of advanced manufacturing technology development . Analysis hydroforming process based on combination the Hydroforming design requirements and technical parameters of the machine proposed hydroforming Electrohydraulic Proportional electro-hydraulic proportional valve core control system program . Then the contralateral cylinder electro-hydraulic proportional control system modeling and design calculations , the theoretical basis for the establishment of control methods and control algorithms . On this basis , the incremental PID controller . Two control strategies used in the synchronization system at the same time ( \Proposed the combined use of the two control position synchronization system dynamic and static quality . And computer simulation , signal response curves obtained theoretically . In order to verify the theory and simulation analysis is correct . Including Hydroforming hydraulic machine displacement control and load the thrust control test from the test results , the the Hydroforming hydraulic Hydromechatronics proportion control system to meet the design requirements of the system . Hydroforming hydraulic press machine by the Body Institute acceptance of Shanghai Jiaotong University , and is currently in good condition .
