Abstract

Of phosphate resources use, distribution, gave a brief overview of phosphate rock beneficiation process and Flotation Reagents. Research complex through a series of tests with a room temperature of low-grade phosphate rock collector agent, and to a certain extent, of the mechanism of action of the collector and minerals. This experiment, five kinds of surface-active agent is selected to the different multiplexing ratio Mianyou soap compound, five kinds of surface-active agent, respectively, a non-ionic surface active agent AMS, an anionic surface active agent MS-1. AES.TAS.SDS and SDBS five multiplexed together with Mianyou soap with surfactant surfactant of AMS and Mianyou soap best multiplexing ratio is 5%, i.e. collector WTS-1, the collector dosage 1.8Kg / T when the flotation best results; surfactant AES cottonseed oil soap complex ratio is 10% collector for WES-3, and the collector dosage as the best flotation 1.8Kg / T; surfactant TAS and cottonseed oil soap complex ratio is 2.5% collecting agent for the WAS-0, collector dosage 1.8Kg / T flotation effect is best; surfactant SDS and cottonseed oil soap the complex ratio is 5% collector WDS-1, collector dosage flotation works best 2.0Kg / T; the surfactant SDBS cottonseed oil soap Best Revival of a ratio is 5 % WBS-1, the collector dosage flotation effect 1.8Kg / T. Beneficiation effect of these five best collector WTS-1 in the collector dosage the flotation effect when 1.8Kg / T best. During the test, the use of phosphate rock roughing test to select AMS MS-1 as cottonseed oil soapstock complex with a surface active agent, and both surfactant and cottonseed oil soapstock low multiplex ratio The complex dubbed explore collector for Dayukou low grade phosphate rock flotation process conditions at room temperature. After the experimental study to determine the flotation process for positive flotation of crude refined, reverse flotation a rough two sweeping election process-0.074mm 96.70% in the grinding fineness pulp temperature of 24 ° C, rougher sodium carbonate dosage 7.0kg / t, sodium silicate dosage of 2.5kg / t, NO-0.8kg / t, collectors WTS-2.0kg / t, the amount of anti-flotation rougher sulfate 18kg / t, phosphate 3.0kg / t, WTS -1 0.5kg / t, swept away the election sulfate 9 kg / t, scavenger sulfate 6 kg / t conditions, phosphate concentrate grade of 30.69%, and 44.48% of the yield obtained, flotation indicators of recovery of 79.37%. Therefore, this collector can be carried out at room temperature and under conditions the collophane flotation, and can achieve good flotation performance. Relative contact angle around the surface tension and foaming properties and the role of the Pharmacy and mineral flotation agent through the study of the mechanism of action of the complex with collectors and minerals that mineral surface electrical properties and infrared spectra of Experimental study showed that, at pH ≈ 10 ~ 1:00, this compound collector after a certain amount of mineral role in mineral surface adsorption of fatty acids collector, increased phosphorite symbiotic gangue minerals such as silicate minerals, carbonate minerals differences in the performance of the flotation favor flotation collophane. The purpose of this project is to determine the the suitable ambient compounded catch the closing agent Pharmacy and flotation reagent system through research, development and screening for Dayukou low grade phosphate rock; On the other hand, the collector will also test for other low grade phosphate rock flotation further verify the performance of this collector collophane flotation.
