Abstract

This thesis, polystyrene (PS) colloidal crystals as a template to prepare a three-dimensional ordered macroporous materials yttria - doped zirconia (YSZ) and cerium oxide doped gadolinium oxide (CGO). Centrifugation , gravity sedimentation , vertical deposition self-assembly of polystyrene colloidal crystal template . The surface structure of colloidal crystals were characterized by scanning electron microscopy , draw a vertical deposition assembled colloidal crystal template the highest degree of order . Vertical deposition method , the growth temperature, the concentration of the emulsion , the humidity of the growth environment , adding a surfactant on growth polystyrene template . The analysis of the conversion of these two Ordering is subject to the influence of the defect in the temperature, and the colloidal crystals observed in the preparation of colloidal crystals to square arrays and hexagonal Ordering two arrangements . The reasons for the formation of cracks and point defects in colloidal crystals . In the preparation of the PS template , can be observed to the apparent color , this is because the Bragg diffraction occurs . The transmission spectra show that the colloidal crystals of the concentration of 0.1% in order to have a stable photonic bandgap . The particle size of the microspheres in the spectrum performance different for the center position of the band gap , and comply with the Bragg formula . Organic gel prepared by sol YSZ and CGO . The use of TG-DTA, XRD, FTIR and XPS characterization of YSZ and CGO sol and the powder . Instructions to give the cubic phase of YSZ and CGO powders calcined at 600 ℃ . The dip - prepared by the three-dimensional ordered macroporous YSZ and CGO film , and its growth conditions . The results show that the concentration of the 0.3mo1 / L , to 0.4mo1 / L , impregnated for two times can be obtained when a high - quality three - dimensional ordered macroporous YSZ and CGO film . The precursor sol concentration is too high and dipping too many times can lead to the shedding of the template . Impregnated the PS template calcined after to 600 ℃, heat 2h, to remove the PS template YSZ and CGO three-dimensional ordered macroporous materials .
