Abstract


With the deregulation of electric power market in China, electric power industrial have taken place dramatic changes in free electric power market condition, and users and power utilities pursue theirs maximum benefits. Coordination between reliability and economy is a difficult problem for managers, operational and planning staffs in electric power system. Some customers may be willing to pay more to receive higher reliability. Utilities may also be willing to provide higher reliability because of competition. Considering economic factor, interruption cost function is used in the paper under conventional reliability evaluation of bus configuration, which combined with conventional model. The paper discussed method, model and indices of evaluation, illustrated reliability and economic evaluation of 110KV substation in total constructed frame by many research and survey, which find the fragile part and suggest how to enhance reliability. Thus, it can provide some valuable help in making decision process for operational and planning staffs.
