Abstract


As the situation of our country’s coal is better, the coal-mining technology and the coal-mining method and mining mechanization obtain the unceasing renewal, the speed of the process of advancing coal face is increased to 150~250 meter per month,or even higher. But the rock drivage speed is kept at low level, which generally made the mining continuing difficult. Principally because the mechanized degree of mines is not still high, the support optimization is bad, also the craft organization insufficiently is reasonable, drivage velocity have been restricted. So the study of rock tunnel drivage with high-efficiency and high-speed has important theoretical value and engineering significance.Based on the previous research results, the analysis and the conclusion of the influence factor of rock tunnel drivage with high-efficiency and high-speed are carried out from the construction craft, the tunneling equipment, the geological condition and the construction organization management and so on. They offer the technical measures to rock tunnel drivage with high-efficiency and high-speed. In a concrete practice of a coal mine, overall the specific technical research of the rock drivage speed are developed, which mainly concludes tunnel support optimization scheme from test analysis of the rock mechanics property and numerical simulation, the research of mechanized equipment in the rock drivage, the research of scheme design and labor organization in rock tunnel drivage with high-efficiency and high-speed, a new applied process of "three times of excavations and gunites", a new application of "autoignition ceramisite gunniting material", the optimization drilling and blasting method, the application of rigid fan drum for long distance ventilation, which obtain the good economic and social profits.
