Abstract


Since the 1980s, especially after the 1990s, with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization and China’s accession to the WTO, international and domestic market is accelerating into a unified market. In the increasingly fierce competition, market economy with an open and competitive generally lead the market trend showing a buyer’s market characteristics, the difference between enterprises of similar products becoming increasingly smaller and the cost of increasingly close. In such circumstances, the difference between the past and the competitive strategy of low-cost competitive strategy can play the role of course will gradually decrease. In order to expand product sales, improving product competitiveness and market share and ultimately increase the profits of enterprises, many enterprises including coal enterprises, have adopted the form of credit sales. However, such sales in the enterprise have a positive effect, but also to bring about a negative impact on enterprises. The "accounts receivable owed" resulted from Credit sales has become a major trouble standing business. How to strengthen the enterprise’s credit risk management becomes a problem which many enterprises must face.This paper designs a system of credit risk management in the coal enterprise, combining the coal industry sales and credit risk management features of the weak status quo, with the eight elements of enterprise risk management framework as the main line, integrating the modern credit management ideas, The system includes internal environment, process of credit risk management and the support system. The credit risk management process contained in the target identification, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response, risk control. Finally, the system applied to the Yanzhou Coal Mining Co., Ltd. To confirm this credit risk management system is feasible in the coal enterprises.
