Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of the silane coupling agent silane coupling agent to repair different filler content composite resin restorations in composite resin filling body repair mechanism in technology , to provide a reference for clinical application . The method of production of 16 , 4 kinds of filler content (72 %, 74% , 78% , 80%) of the composite resin test pieces (N = 16, n = 4), the cold-heat cycle ( from 5 ° C to 55 ° C aging , × 5000, residence time : 30s) and subjected to surface treatment using diamond burs and 35% phosphoric acid etching agent after each filler content of the test pieces were used to self-etching adhesive (control group) , or a silane coupling of the two-step method agent joint two-step self-etching adhesive ( experimental group) bonding ( N = 4 , n = 2 ) , to Conte resin and then repair . Microtensile testing , and scanning electron microscopy of the fracture surface . Other aging specimen and aging 12 (N = 12, n = 3), respectively, using the three methods of surface treatment : 1 ) no treatment , 2) Emery bur produced using the same method , 3) carborundum bur silane coupling -linking agent , the surface morphology of the scanning electron microscope . Measurement data with the factorial variance analysis and t-test , one-way ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis test , count data using the chi-square test . The results of the experimental group compared with the control group bonding strength is high , 74% and 78% both content group differences were statistically significant ( P <0.01 ) . Content of 80% of group bonding strength are the lowest in the experimental group and the control group (experimental group : 41.52 ± 8.37MPa ; control group : 39.65 ± 7.07 MPa ) . Conclusion silane coupling agent can be applied to composite resin filling body repair technique to improve the adhesive strength .
