Objective: To investigate Staphylococcus liquid fibrin sealant as a carrier to repair bone defects in rats feasibility, to avoid the defect local injection of staphylococcus aureus injection. Materials and Methods: Preparation of fibrin glue - staphylococcus aureus injection complexes. 80 Wister rats were randomly divided into four groups, the experimental group (20), A (20) in the control group, the control group B (20) and blank group (20). Each bilateral parietal bone in rats caused a 5mm diameter bone defect was prepared bone defect animal models. Experimental group: bilateral parietal bone defects were implanted fibrin glue - of Staphylococcus liquid compound; control group A: bilateral parietal bone defects are simply implanted fibrin glue; control group B: bilateral parietal bone defect within in a week after a simple injection the Staphylococcus solution (equal to the amount of the experimental group contained staphylococcus aureus injection); the blank group does not implant any substance. In another five rats without any treatment as normal skull. 4 weeks after surgery, the gross observation, observation of Radiology; 6 weeks after surgery, the gross observation, radiology observation, histological observation, universal material testing machine uplink indentation test, and compared with normal skull. Results: The patients in each group had no significant immune rejection. 4 and 6 weeks after surgery, radiology observation showed that the experimental group defect into the percentage of bone area was significantly greater than the control group A, B and control groups, four groups of inter-group differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.01); surgery After 6 weeks, histological observation showed that fibrin glue can be seen in the experimental group bone defect has been completely absorbed, basically bone defect healing, A defect of the control group, fibrin glue has been degraded and absorbed a large number of new bone to the edge of the defect, the blank group defect edge can also see a small amount of newborn bone, the other part covered by dense fibrous connective tissue, bone formation of new bone in the control group B defects between the control group and blank group; biomechanical experimental results show that the experimental group specimens maximum load higher than A, B, and lower than normal skull group, four groups of inter-group differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); control group A, B maximum strain displacement significantly higher than the experimental group (P lt; 0.05), and the control group A and control group B strain displacement close to the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P GT; 0.05), while the experimental group maximum strain displacement close to the normal skull, the two groups difference between the two was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); experimental group, normal skull Group of the load / strain ratio was significantly higher than A, B, and the experimental group, the load / strain ratio was significantly lower than the normal skull group control Group A load / strain ratio is significantly higher than the control group B, four sets of inter-group differences were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Staphylococcus liquid fibrin sealant as a carrier to repair bone defects in rats is feasible, the complexes formed with the ability to promote osteogenesis.
