Abstract


Objective: To evaluate color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis , to identify different types of acute and chronic allograft rejection value . Methods: A retrospective analysis of compliance with both of our hospital nearly three years of renal transplantation in patients with color Doppler ultrasonography and clinical diagnostic study . Results: A total of 77 patients , 39 cases of acute rejection in patients , chronic rejection were 38 cases , including 37 cases of acute rejection reaction ultrasound abnormalities detection rate of 94.87% , 34 cases of chronic rejection reaction ultrasound abnormalities , detection rate of 89.47% ; RI ultrasound diagnosis consistent with acute rejection by 27 cases , the accuracy rate of 69.23 % , RI ultrasound diagnosis consistent with chronic rejection reactions in 29 cases , the accuracy rate of 76.31% ; very substance of thickness diagnosis of acute renal allograft rejection by 25 cases , the accuracy rate of 64.10% , RI ultrasound diagnosis consistent with chronic rejection by 26 cases , the accuracy rate of 68.42% . Sonographic mainly for transplant kidney volume change ; transplanted kidney intrarenal echo change ; hydronephrosis of the transplanted kidney ; very parenchymal thickness change in the transplanted kidney transplant perirenal effusion ; transplant renal blood flow changes transplanted kidney the arcuate artery RI ≧> 0.75, the renal hilum artery RI ≧ 0.75, Conclusion: Ultrasound rejection of the transplanted kidney patients have good diagnostic value .
