Abstract

Objective: To study the the flavored of Alisma soup on the experimental blood lipid metabolism and lipid peroxidation, the objective evaluation of the the flavored the Alisma soup Tiaozhi role and to preliminary explore its mechanism of action. Method: 1. Theoretical research: from two aspects of traditional medicine and modern medicine, systematically expounded Research Survey of hyperlipidemia. The literature review and analysis method, discussed in detail in the medical etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia understanding of diagnosis and treatment, reviewed the recent progress of modern medical research hyperlipidemia. Combined with the traditional theory and modern pharmacological research and analysis on of flavored Alismataceae soup party card relationship and side-patient relationship. Experimental study: fat emulsion by gavage cause hyperlipidemia rat model, oral administration three weeks after abdominal aortic blood collection, measured lipids six, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), serum malondialdehyde (MDA), and calculate the liver coefficient. Using a the pathology detection method to observe the morphological changes of the liver tissue of experimental animals. Results: 1. Theoretical studies show that the main etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia improper diet, stomach damage; frail, dirty Qi bad; emotional injuries, organs disorders; phlegm and blood stasis, hinder gas machine. The disease is related to the five internal organs, in splenic lesions Center. According to the evolution of the disease, mentor clinical experience and results of modern research, we believe, phlegm, blood stasis key of the disease, the spleen is the basic pathogenesis of this disease, proposed diuresis spleen, blood Xiaoji governance law. And re-group side made on the basis of the \2. Flavored Alisma soup can significantly reduce hyperlipidemia serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) content, upload lipoprotein of apoB 100 , MDA, elevated serum levels of HDL-C and apoA 1 , SOD levels; liver index was significantly reduced liver pathology observed results show flavored of Alisma soup and alleviate hyperlipidemia rats liver damage, can significantly reduce liver lipid deposition. Conclusion: theoretical studies indicate that, the flavored of Alisma soup prescriptions in line with the \The card is a stagnation of phlegm stasis disease, the treatment of the spleen lost health movement. 2. Experimental studies have shown that flavored Alisma soup can obvious correct Lipid metabolism disorders, lower serum TG, TC, LDL-C content; Lipid peroxidation by increasing the activity of antioxidant enzymes, reduce the formation of lipid peroxidation product content; protect the liver tissue, reduce lipid deposition in the liver to reduce the fat of the liver cells change offerings, prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia, and prevention of fatty liver.
