Abstract


Objective:Based on the analysis of relevant TCM facial inspection concept,given methods such as literature reviews and comparative analysis have been applied to the study of the construction and application of 2D facial coordinate,which provides the theoretical and methodological reference for the further development of the software of automatic diagnosis and treatment for facial acne vulgaris.Method:Theoretically,the basis and the relevant concept of the construction of 2D facial coordinate system have been discussed and analyzed through the literature review and mining district in-depth face the relevant theory,the full inquirie,the collection of ancient and modern literature,and the various integrated.Methodologically,plane analytic geometry,matrix math,and information theory have been applicated in order to design the 2D face coordinate.From the application’s point of view,through analyze the location of facial acne vulgaris with the guide of digital image of 200 acne patients’,the 2D facial coordinate system has been verified scientificalness.Result:The basis and the relevant concept of the construction of 2D facial coordinate system have been discussed and analyzed through TCM theory,the ’technique of matrix construction based on the feature extracting’ has been proposed to built the 2D facial coordinate system,and the human face area is divided into 30 parts.Comparing the Coordinate Differentiation and the symptom factors differentiation,it has been verified roughly the same.Conclusion:The face inspection is one of main topics in the inspection of TCM.Base on the theory of ffacial complexion,distributing of five zang organs in the face,diseases could be diagnosed in accordance with the color and luster of human face.Feature extraction is sort of method that has newly arisen with the development of computer-based face recognition technique,which successfully realized the quick face contour capture. Consequently,the technique of matrix construction based on features extracting could be reached swiftly and accurately,in this study for the district’s automatic module for future reference and further study to pave the way.The ’technique of matrix construction based on feature extracting’ has solved the positioning and numbering of human face division.By extracting features from images,building coordinate system and constructing the matrix module to each division of human face,the blueprint of 2D facial coordinate could be established.The 2D facial coordinate has been built through the combination of TCM theory and matrix calculation,which results in the guarantee of either the perfect whole structure of the coordinate system or the specification of TCM facial inspection division.Besides,the layering separation and measurable operation about TCM facial inspection have been realized by this method.
