Abstract


From the new China was founded, the procuratorial system in our country has made considerable progress. China's procuratorial system is in reference to former Soviet socialist procuratorial system developed on the basis of, it is after the founding of the cultural revolution, and 30 years of reform and opening-up and development of, and is suitable for China's national conditions in China have characteristic socialism prosecutorial system. Due to the road of development between the two countries is different, the direction of the reform is different, the two countries led to today's prosecutorial system have great differences. This paper from four aspects, that is, the procuratorial system between China and Russia, and introduction to the theoretical basis of procuratorial system between China and Russia, China and Russia, procuratorial power of procuratorial system reform in the comparison of the two countries, clear the procuratorial system evolution history, on the basis of the analysis of the two countries the similarities and differences of prosecutorial system, promote the procuratorial reform in the right direction.
