Abstract


With China's accession to the WTO, in competition with the international advanced chemical companies, the backwardness of China's petrochemical enterprise management tools have become increasingly prominent. Since the 1980s, after the companies began to introduce advanced management software from MRP to MRP II and then to ERP, more and more companies began to focus on the implementation of the a mature ERP management software. Throughout the implementation of the effect is not very satisfactory, the implementation of successful cases accounted for less than half the proportion of some enterprises midway ran aground because the capital cost for various reasons; some companies on the line after running a few years after a mere formality, ERP completely not to play its due role. All this shows that the implementation of the risk is relatively large, we are very necessary to identify each risk in the ERP implementation process, and then carry out the analysis, evaluation, and finally to develop appropriate control strategies to reduce the risk can be controlled within the protection the smooth implementation of ERP and subsequent smooth running of the ERP management effectiveness of sustained and effective role. Around the petrochemical enterprises ERP project implementation process, the various stages of the implementation of risk analysis and discussion of the comprehensive system, and the corresponding problem solving methods. The basic idea is to identify --- Analysis --- Assessment --- control. The specific method is to use a systematic approach and multidisciplinary analysis, implementation of ERP data through the collection and analysis of research results at home and abroad and Qilu Petrochemical, divided into six chapters elaborate on the background and significance of the petrochemical enterprise ERP implementation risks, analysis and assessment methods, as well as the ways and measures for control risk. Finally, Qilu Petrochemical ERP project empirical studies, and further petrochemical enterprises to implement ERP risk control strategy, so that the effective combination of theory and practice. Studies have shown that the petrochemical enterprises in the implementation of the ERP project, shared by both ERP project risk, such as risks in the external environment, consultants, risk, project risk management, and human resources risks, there are special risks associated with the industry characteristics of petrochemical enterprises, For example, due to the production particularity result of ERP software needs of the particularity of risk; To address these risks, petrochemical enterprises in the implementation of the ERP project to clear the attributes of the industry, the objectives and scope of the planned ERP information construction, good project needs analysis and use this as the basis for selection software suppliers, consultants, suppliers; petrochemical enterprises should be a priority in the implementation process, a \the benefits; analysis and rationalize the current business processes of the enterprise a necessary process reengineering, in order to adapt to the new requirements of the management software; senior leaders attach great importance to training and advocacy, weakening of the concept of management changes, changes in the organizational structure , business process reengineering the risks; through the organization of the implementation team, establish and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism, strengthen personnel management, to circumvent human resources risk; system on-line, to strengthen the system construction, establish and perfect the new regulations, system to ensure the smooth operation of the system and standards, security system.
