All this shows that the implementation of the risk is relatively large, we are very necessary to identify each risk in the ERP implementation process, and then carry out the analysis, evaluation, and finally to develop appropriate control strategies to reduce the risk can be controlled within the protection the smooth implementation of ERP and subsequent smooth running of the ERP management effectiveness of sustained and effective role. Around the petrochemical enterprises ERP project implementation process, the various stages of the implementation of risk analysis and discussion of the comprehensive system, and the corresponding problem solving methods. The basic idea is to identify --- Analysis --- Assessment --- control.
