Abstract


Asset Valuation in Western countries rich theoretical and practical experience. At present , China's asset evaluation research is still in the development stage , especially for city gas business value assessment method less. This article aims to give full consideration to the city gas industry characteristics for city gas business valuation effects , through a variety of assessment methods comparative analysis to find out the most suitable city gas enterprise value evaluation method for city gas mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other assets to provide a more reliable assessment of values ??to guide the gas industry fair and competitive, and orderly integration . The first chapter introduces the research background and significance , a brief introduction to the general content of this article ; second chapter analyzes the basic characteristics of the city gas companies and characteristics of the impact on business valuation ; third chapter introduces the asset valuation theory, the theory Comparative analysis on the basic assessment methods : cost, market approach and the income approach , and based on the theory of city gas business characteristics compared a suitable city gas companies are assessed using the income approach. Chapter IV prestige gas company asset valuation conducted an empirical study from an empirical point of view were analyzed. To the following conclusions: city gas companies affected by the characteristics of the industry , using the income approach is more reasonable. According to the enterprise being evaluated to assess the value of expected earnings , more real . Assessment in applying the income approach , you need to follow the established scientific method , based on stringent procedures do amount of revenue , earnings period and the discount rate to determine the parameters , these parameters are reasonable , the final assessment of the value of enormous impact. The process of using the income approach to determine various parameters although there are objective basis , but there are also subjective judgment , which requires the use of the income approach in the process, starting from the target enterprise itself , within a reasonable range to make predictions before too a more accurate assessment of the results. In this paper, the other city gas business valuation has a certain reference value.
