At present Taiwan funded company’s account executive mostly distributes both banks, for in accordance to the international competition and swift growth’s mainland selling internally market demand, increased the mainland positively in recent years the production or transport business foothold, because is been big in the overseas layout Taiwan government both banks policy’s change influence, simultaneously in the fund procurement, invested in the mainland quota to receive Taiwan government’s attention and the control. Therefore choice by overseas capital market assistance, in order to collect more funds, investment expansion transport business scale or fast establishment brand popularity.This research on Taiwan, Hong Kong’s stock market makes the comparative analysis, appraises the license market carefully the condition, enterprise own basic important document, management present situation and the industrial characteristic whether can coordinate, and chooses the case company which goes to Hong Kong to go on the market to conduct the research, discusses Taiwanese businessman enterprise overseas going on the market the motive, the choice license market consideration and the influence going on the market policy-making factor.The findings discovered that the Taiwan funded company started to crave in recent years in licenses in the mainland management enterprise toward Hong Kong, except the objective point in Hong Kong Stock market was a full internationalization and the liberalized market, surpassed outside the Taiwan stock market in the fund raising conveniences and the going on the market efficiency; The what is more, takes the advance mainland the relay station, Hong Kong really has ability to attract the regional companies to go to Hong Kong to go on the market.
