Abstract


21 century is the time of network economy. The innovation and development of the network technology and equipment is continuing. The trend of network communication development is "three nets in one: IP, broadband and multimedia". Switch product along with exchanging and routing technology development is experiencing big change. The thesis, based on the present switch product market, analyses the product structure, competition edge, structure of the market by quantitative and qualitative measures. It forecasts the development trend of switch products with various statistic models and finds the potential factors for the market so as to give advice to the decision of sales strategy of enterprises.The thesis is screening out different selling data collected from different distributors and using Trend Curve Forecasting method, Season Fluctuation Forecasting method to estimate the sales data in the future. At the same time, it figures out the suitable trend model for switch product. And according to the model and historic data, it estimates the sales in the future, and put forward a strategy suggestion.
