Penetration of organic solvents on the environment caused by pollution in the preparation process of the pump tablets as well as toxicity to the operator to resolve a series of problems , this paper transformed into a controlled-release tablets coating material cellulose acetate aqueous dispersion preparation conduct a more in - depth studies . Using innovative methods - emulsion the transfer phase ethanol demulsification - centrifugal dispersion method to prepare a cellulose acetate aqueous dispersion , by the type and amount of emulsifier , the dilution of the emulsion in the organic phase the solvent ratio and the water dispersion preparing process and demulsification Filter , cellulose acetate aqueous dispersion settling velocity and particle size and distribution , as evaluation indexes, and filter out the optimal formulation and process of the aqueous dispersion of cellulose acetate was prepared . Compatibility of the water dispersion of the cellulose acetate prescription , particle size distribution , stability, etc. were investigated. The experimental results show that the cellulose acetate prepared in accordance with the optimal prescription water dispersion average particle diameter of 1.40μm, and better stability . Triethyl citrate as plasticizer , the use of membrane casting SYSTEM free aqueous dispersion of cellulose acetate membranes were prepared , and the aqueous dispersion of cellulose acetate to free the glass transition temperature of the film , and mechanical properties, moisture-permeable and soluble substances were determined the elution rate .
