Abstract


The ionic liquid is completely liquid composed of ions . In recent years , room temperature ionic liquid as a novel green solvents due to its non-volatile , non-flammable , heat stability , wide electrochemical window , and a variety of organic and inorganic materials exhibit excellent solubility characteristics good physical and chemical properties , has been successfully used in many fields of organic synthesis, catalysis , electrochemistry and extraction separation . Amino acid esters have a wide range of applications in the people 's production and life , the study of the synthesis process is also rapidly developed into a new research focus . Currently, there are few studies of synthetic amino acid esters catalyzed by ionic liquid domestic . The synthesis of thesis [ ePy ] [ Br ] , [emim ] [ Br ] , [ ePy ] [HSO4 ] , [ Py] [HSO4 ] , [ Hmim] [ HSO4 ] , [ ePy ] [ CF3COO ] , [ Py ] [ CF3COO [ Hmim ] the [ CF3COO ] [ ePy ] [ NO3 ] , [Hmim the [ TsO , [ emim ] [ BF4] 10 an acidic ionic liquids using infrared spectroscopy of ionic liquids characterized ; eleven kinds of ionic liquids prepared to catalytic synthesis of n-butyl phenylalanine [ Py] [ HSO4 ] catalytic effect is best to study the impact of various factors on the esterification reaction , further experiments to explore the a more excellent synthesis conditions , preliminary discussion of the mechanism of the synthesis of amino acid esters catalyzed by acidic ionic liquid . Ionic liquid used to filter out the highest catalytic activity [Py] [HSO4] catalyst synthesized eight different amino acid esters , by infrared spectroscopy , NMR to determine the chemical structure of the final product , and analyze different synthetic amino acids the relationship of the reaction conditions of the ester and the yield of the amino acid esterification . Discover microwave reactor instead of a conventional oil bath heating method , synthetic phenylalanine isobutyl , and compared with conventional heating methods , summarized their advantages and disadvantages .
