Abstract


The paper researched on Hi-tech industries investment environment, Guangdong province for example as area carrier, it set forth the basic concept and characteristic of hi-tech industries and investment environment firstly, defined the concept of the hi-tech industries investment environment, and pointed out the differentiates and relations between hi-tech industries investment environment and traditional investment environment. Then it introduced the main quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for the evaluation of investment environment, and carried through comparative analysis on these methods. Based on the analysis, the sections of basic facilities, economy environment, industry environment, the level of scientific and technological strength, human capital environment and government’s administrative capability are analyzed, the evaluation system of hi-tech industries investment environment which contains 6 subsystems 47 indexes is established. Then based on these indexes, collected concretely reflecting these indexes data about all provinces except Tibet, applied Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and SPSS 15.0, carried out quantitative analysis on 30 areas of the hi-tech industries investment environment, and got the scores of 30 areas. The country 30 regions in accordance with the scores level were divided into excellent, good and poor three areas. From the quantitative analysis, high-tech industries in Guangdong Province in the investment environment in four hard environmental factors were at the leading level, and two soft environmental factors in a relatively Beijing and Shanghai, at a disadvantage. The paper quantitatively analyzed the hi-tech industries investment environment of Guangdong province from hard environment and soft environment two aspects finally. To the hi-tech industries investment environment of Guangdong province, investment in the hard environment has made notable achievements, but in the soft investment environment there were still some problems, to be improved.
