Abstract


In the situation where the economic situation is excellent , many companies think this is a good time for the fast-growing enterprises , but often overlooked the blind pursuit of high growth and potential risk . The rapid growth has brought high-yield , high yield along with high risk . The enterprise is the pursuit of economic interests , can not be caused by a variety of enterprise resource waste because risk aversion rather than the pursuit of growth . Therefore , caused How can long-term , sustained and healthy development, and how to control the growth of enterprises in order to avoid the financial risk of thinking . Not a growth is sustainable ? Between sustainable growth and financial risk is what kind of relationship ? Whether it can make use of the financial risk early warning model to regulate the growth rate of the enterprise in order to maintain the sustainable growth of enterprises ? On the above problem , the first based on sustainable growth and financial risk early warning theory , theory expounded from the point of view of the qualitative relationship between the sustainable growth and financial risk . 2004 to 2008 , China 's sustainable growth of the listed companies in the pharmaceutical manufacturing position subsequent to the classic Higgins sustainable growth model and the Wilcoxon signed rank test empirical research . The results show that , in the industry to achieve sustainable growth in 2004-2008 were not . Then use the Altman Z-score of the financial risk early warning model to calculate the Z value and do a brief descriptive statistical analysis of the sample of the industry . Finally, the application of principal component analysis on the relationship between the sustainable growth of China 's pharmaceutical manufacturing listed companies and financial risk of empirical research . The results show that the industry is sustainable growth with significant financial risks , companies can adjust its financial policies and strategies in order to maintain the sustainable growth of enterprises through the results of the financial risk early warning model . And adopted by the listed companies of China 's pharmaceutical manufacturing sustainable growth by its profitability , solvency , growth capacity and operating capacity .
