Abstract


Currently the pharmaceutical industry was rapidly growing business trend, however, has a lot of internal problems hinder its healthy development, particularly in business management and financial management, there is a malignant tumor can not be ignored. Therefore, the establishment of financial risk for pharmaceutical companies to prevent and control system as a solution to the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry is not the key issue.In this paper, pharmaceutical industries and enterprises as the research object, from cash flow, financial results, the linear function model, four aspects of business growth capacity of corporate financial risk and the characteristics of enterprises for the pharmaceutical industry, the use of quantitative methods to select and set appropriate and their limited financial ratios and police, and this is no industry enterprise financial early warning system key. Also use qualitative methods to analyze business cycle in which the growth stage of this more focused analysis of enterprise financial risk. Thus established for the pharmaceutical industry enterprises and financial risk early warning system to try to resolve the pharmaceutical industry of the financial early warning system built the core issue.This article is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the topics of domestic and foreign financial risk significance and summarizes the situation of early warning systems; the second part of an overview of the related financial risk early warning system concept and basic theory, and financial risk early warning system Two key aspects of setting detailed study; the third part of our current pharmaceutical industry business situation and the overall development of the financial risks faced; fourth part of "Hong Yuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." as an example, building a comprehensive financial risk early warning system and its effectiveness test, proposed the development of recommendations; the last part of the research for this paper is summarized, for the inadequacies of the future outlook related research areas and make recommendations.
