Abstract

Of acetyl ferrocene substituted benzylamine nucleophilic addition - elimination reaction intermediate compounds - Schiff base [(η 5 -C 5 H 5 ) Fe [η 5 -C 5 H 4 C (CH 3 ) = Schiff bases , c), under the reduction of the ethanol (methanol) / sodium borohydride or tetrahydrofuran / aluminum hydride, lithium series secondary amine compounds containing ferrocene ethyl [(η 5 -C 5 H 5 ) Fe [η 5 -C 5 H 4 CH ( , 4-Me (b), H (c), the series of compounds in the reductive methylation of acetonitrile / sodium cyanoborohydride and a 37% formaldehyde solution to give a tertiary amine series compounds containing ferrocene ethyl [(η 5 -C 5 H 5 ) Fe-[η 5 -C 5 < / sub> H 4 CH (CH 3 ) N (CH 3 ) CH 2 C 6 Mercuric acetate , sodium tetrachloropalladate to as ortho mercury of ring palladium reagent the the above tertiary amines ortho mercury- ring palladium reactions , to get ortho mercury product [(η 5 -C 5 H 5 ) Fe (η 5 -C 5 H 3 CH (CH 3 ) (HgCl) N (CH 3 ) CH 2 - C 6 -C 5 H 5 ) Fe (η 5 -C 5 H 3 CH - (CH 3 ) N (CH 3 ) CH 2 C 6 H 4 -R)}] Cl (PPh 3 ), R = 4-MeO (a), 4-Me (b), H (c). In addition , the discussion stereoselective ring palladium reaction CH bond activation of N - Hg coordination reaction of ortho mercury . The above compounds structures were characterized by elemental analysis , IR, 1 H-NMR confirmed by X-ray single crystal diffraction of three palladium compounds , a single crystal structure of the mercury compounds test .
