Abstract


Loop closing operation of the distribution network is to improve the reliability of the system power supply , and an effective way to reduce the load user outage time , but the resulting system will bring security risks . Actual system operation , often with system scheduling personnel experience loop closing operation , in order to ensure the security of the system , the dispatchers often hold a conservative attitude .
