With the rapid development of the automobile industry , automobile exhaust pollution caused by the atmosphere and more serious, especially NOx harm caused by the Governments attach great importance to . The diesel engine as the main power source for automobile , the NOx emissions control has gradually become a research hotspot . Currently, the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is recognized on the engine can be applied more effectively purify NOx for . This paper discusses the turbocharged engine external EGR and internal EGR technology , a more detailed analysis of the mechanism of NOx produced engine principle to conduct a more in-depth study of external EGR and internal EGR to reduce NOx emissions , and the external EGR turbo diesel engine bench test , the main contents include : ( 1) the exhaust gas recirculation technology is currently effective measures to reduce NOx emissions below average , but the turbocharged diesel engine in a high load average exhaust pressure intake pressure , a simple EGR pipe received from the exhaust pipe into the trachea , the exhaust gas recirculation is difficult to achieve . To a turbocharged diesel engine designed for the study object with a set of Venturi Lee tube parallel EGR system , the system may in the case of smaller loss of pneumatic efficiency more easily introduced into the intake manifold , the exhaust and mixed therewith, and then the mixed gas of the static pressure in the diffuser tube to obtain the maximum degree of recovery , this study Venturi Lee tube flow characteristics , and the experiment to find reached Tier2 emission regulations require each condition EGR rate , as well as required under the various conditions EGR rate and NOx, smoke , fuel consumption relationship . EGR rate conditions into account to meet the NOx, fuel consumption and particulate emissions and other indicators . And cooled EGR for NOx emissions . Reduce NOx EGR After cooling effect is more obvious , these findings have important value in engineering . (2) This article also working to achieve internal EGR by changing the gas distribution cam phase and the design of new cam line research, by reducing the valve overlap angle design new cam line to reduce turbo engine the HC and NOx emissions . Finally, the turbocharged engine 's internal EGR .
