Abstract


After ten years’ construction, the high and new technology industry development zone has become the most dynamic increase point in the development of the economy of our country and the main base of putting research findings into industrial production and cultivating science and technology enterprise. Industry plays an important role in the high and new technology industry development zone, which is directly related to its development and strength. Similarly, the industrial construction is also the main form of that of the high and new technology industry development zone, which directly influences its environment and overall scene and is closely associated with the production and life of the people.As the human society steps into the information era, great changes have taken place in the industrial construction. In China, the industrial construction is ignored by architect for a long time and we also lack the relevant theoretical research and works. So many industrial constructions that lack systematic designs cause great damage to the overall environment of the high and new technology industry development zone. It is very necessary to study the develpoment direction of its industrial construction and use it to direct the planning and administration in the high and new technology industry development zone.On the basis of much information and practical survey, the paper makes an analysis of the development status of the western morden industrial construction and comes up with the features of that of the high and new technology industry development zone in our country. The author sums up its develpoment direction according to his experience in planning and the administration. In the planning, we should always keep the total planning as the basis and combine architecture, urban planning and landscape architecture. Bring humanity planning into the industrial construction and create wonderful working environment, which show care for humanbeings. Make use of the high and new technique in the industrial construction and fucus on the combination of high technique and factory aesthetics. Pay attention to the communication with the public. Form cultural environment in the industrial construction and increase its social function. Attach importance to the protection to the ecological environment and keep the sustainable feature of the planning on the industrial construction. The industrial construction in the high and new technology industry development zone will constantly change as the times develop, so will its building creation. And new content will be added unceasingly in practice.
