Abstract

People-oriented emphasis on people's ultimate concern, in a residential area shape space of the development process which acts as an important role, from the 1960s, people began to neighborhood unit model for reflection and thus human theory of recovery, to large-scale residential communities development practices, which are constructed living space constantly form new demands and goals.
