Abstract

In recent years, due to the structural diversity of the organic carboxylic acid derivatives of antimony and stronger biological activity, makes it increasingly concerned about the chemistry of the carboxylic acid derivative of the organic antimony. The results show that the molecular structure of organic antimony carboxylic acid derivatives of either monomer supramolecular self-assembly, and some compounds have a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of some cancer cells. For these reasons, the relationship between the structural features of organic antimony carboxylic acid derivatives with anticancer activity has become one of the hot people. Means of taking into account the above situation, a systematic study of the synthesis of the carboxylic acid esters of organic antimony by product obtained elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. characterized to determine the composition and structure of the product, and to infer the formation mechanism of the reaction process and the product on the basis of analysis of the structure of the product. The main work is as follows: Preparation of the three organic antimony halides, respectively antimony Methylene Chloride, triphenylphosphonium dibromide antimony and triphenyl antimony chloride of the oxygen-containing bridge. By elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis to determine the composition of the organic antimony halides. 2. Use of phenyl halide antimony were substituted benzoic acid, replace phenylacetic acid, substituted mandelic acid reaction, 34 new organic antimony carboxylic acid esters and by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum analysis its characterization and structural analysis of 21 compounds crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The results show that: the substituted benzoic acid and substituted phenylacetic acid generally in the form of a monodentate ligand or bidentate center antimony atom ligand. Substituted mandelic acid in the form of three bidentate ligands, easy to form a cyclic structure of the core of four antimony. It is interesting that the compound molecules through NH ... O, NH ... N, CH ... F, CH ... O, CH ... Cl, CH ... Br hydrogen and CH ... Pi, Pi ... Pi stacking interactions form dimers, one-dimensional infinite chain, two-dimensional infinite mesh, the supramolecular structure of the three-dimensional framework. 3 2 - chloro-phenylacetic acid and triphenyl antimony trichloride, dimethyl tin dichloride reaction, a new mixed metal compounds by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and X-ray single its crystal diffraction characterization and structural analysis. The results show that: the 2 - chloro-phenylacetic disubstituted bidentate ligand of the form with the metal atom, the compound of antimony atom hexacoordination octahedron, tin atom of the five-coordinated trigonal bipyramidal structure. 4 on the basis of study compound structure measured part of the compound for some cancer cells (eg: liver cancer cells, lung adenocarcinoma cells, colon cancer cells, leukemia cells, human breast cancer cells and human prostate cancer cells), the semi- inhibitory concentration. The results showed that the half-inhibitory concentration of the same compound for different cancer cells are quite different.
