Abstract


State Road 112 line Tianjin eastern section of highway construction, improve the Bohai Sea, Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan range transport, the promotion of Tianjin Binhai New Area and the counties along the Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei metropolitan area , the Bohai Sea region's economic development plays an important role . This analysis construction quality of the natural environment along the eastern Tianjin Expressway , State Road 112 , the current situation survey , monitoring and research , to predict the environmental problems that may occur and put forward practical and effective control measures . The construction of the surrounding environment, especially the ecological environment impact prediction and evaluation , analysis and demonstration program of the project from the point of view of environmental protection , taking into account the economic and social environment . Construction relationship with the environment , analyzes the feasibility of the construction of the project , to provide ideas for the project environmental protection engineering design and environmental management . This analysis to do a point-by-point evaluation of the environmental protection objectives ; qualitative commentary and quantitative evaluation method of combining detailed analysis of the 36 km section through the Ancient Coast Wetland National Nature Reserve , a wide variety of local biological , geological conditions relatively complex geological investigation found no conclusive evidence of oyster reefs , through the paragraph feasible . Highway through nearly half of the design as a bridge form, avoid cutting barrier effect of the wetland ecosystem . Across the section area most are basic farmland , in the Chaobai across the segment 800 -meter section distribution of wetlands , rich in bio- distribution . To this end , the analysis proposed construction process alternatives , construction management measures , as well as accident prevention and emergency measures to reduce the degree of influence and control the impact within the scope of the project area . Through the implementation of various measures to control the scope of construction projects in protected areas , State Road 112 line Tianjin eastern section of the project through the construction of the protected zones is smaller impact on the environment , but also controllable .
