Abstract


In recent years , a variety of heterocyclic compounds (pyrrol thioethers , triazine , pyrazole and pyrimidine containing compound and a ferrocene group heterocyclic compound) having a good biological activity , for example , insecticidal, fungicidal , herbicidal , anti tumors and antihypertensive , an increasingly important role to play in the field of medicine and pesticides , and show good prospects for development . Based on this , in reference to previous results on the basis of design and synthesis of four series of 26 new heterocyclic derivatives of the synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis , IR , 1 HNMR verification , some the compound also been 13 < / sup > CNMR , HMBC HMOC MS and X-ray diffraction further confirmed . This thesis is divided into four parts : the first part , the use of α - benzoyl thiocarboxamide reaction with ethyl cyanoacetate in the role of sodium hydroxide , synthesized six new 1 - phenyl-2 - amino -3 - ethoxycarbonyl-4 - hydroxy-4 - aryl - 4 ,5 - dihydro-1H- pyrrol-5 - thione , the latter in the presence of ethanol and acetic acid under the conditions of the microwave radiation to obtain a very the unexpected bis ( 2 - amino-3 - ethoxycarbonyl -1 - phenyl - 4 - substituted phenyl-1H- pyrrol-5 - yl) disulfide and bis (2 - amino - 3 - ethoxycarbonyl-1 - phenyl - 4 - substituted phenyl-1H- pyrrol-5 - yl ) sulfide . The second part, α - benzoyl- thiocarboxamide with thiosemicarbazide reaction , further ring prepared five different triazine substituted hydrazine , to lay the groundwork for future work . Part III, 4 - ( ethoxycarbonyl ) - 5 - amino-1H- pyrazole , malononitrile and substituted benzaldehyde as raw materials, three-component \pyrimidine series of five new compounds , the method is not reported. The fourth part , the first report of the ionic liquid catalyzed synthesis containing ferrocenyl tetrahydrobenzo [b] pyran analogues and their crystal structure and 5 - ( ferrocene methylene ) thio bar than properly acid .
