Abstract


Spinneret thin material , micropore number of small aperture , density and cumbersome processing procedures , and high precision , both in the pre- processing or post- detection will result in staff labor-intensive, low efficiency , product obsolescence rate and other issues . With the increasing development of chemical fiber industry , the porous number of large-scale , is the inevitable trend of development of the spinneret . Therefore , automatic processing methods of the spinneret to replace the old manual also to adapt to the inevitable result of modern chemical fiber production . This topic will focus on the characteristics of the spinneret , spinneret automatic processing research , in order to replace the artificial red squeeze operation . This paper introduces the structure of the spinneret , cell shape , dimensional accuracy requirements , and processing methods of the spinneret , and home and abroad the spinneret automatically processing the current situation , development , and clarify the spinneret processing aspects of the advantages and disadvantages. Second, to analyze the structure of the spinneret and forth from the aperture, the number of holes and hole shape selection , noted that the pore size of the spinneret orifice Comprehensive physical and mechanical properties of the fiber have a significant effect in regard to the choice of the hole shape , from the impact of the flow of the solution within the pores and the shape of the spinneret microporous fiber spinnability two aspects . Apply image correction method and the local search algorithm to achieve automatic positioning , automatic correction function to avoid repeated positioning error and in the process accumulated error to achieve accurate positioning purposes . System research and design of the entire integrated system of software and hardware selection and design of the control module , and the description given full operation mode and running system diagram .
